Sutton Woods is one of Walden Lake’s 30 subdivisions.  It has two entrances.   One entrance intersects with Timberlane and the other with Griffin Boulevard allowing for quicker access to different areas around town. There are 80 homes ranging from 2,000 to over 5,600 square feet of living space.  Our neighborhood has three cul-de-sacs making it ideal for families with children.  Twenty-five homes are adjacent to green space with 18 homes also having a view of a lake.
