Welcome to SilverBrooke
SilverBrooke is a small neighborly community with 45 homes located off Barrett Avenue and Steinbeck Place. We have only one access in and out, with two cul-de-sacs.
SilverBrooke has low annual membership dues. Deed restrictions are upheld and enforced by our elected board of directors and the help of our master association, Walden Lake.
