The Walden Lake Resident Advisory Council, in-conjunction with the WLCA would like to invite residents to view the Walden Lake Re-Imagined website. This website contains information regarding the developers initial plans that were presented on April 13th. We expect the developer’s plans to evolve over the next few months. As they provide more information we will update residents.

To begin, thank you to all who attended the town hall meeting with developer WL-LLC. The developers travelled a great distance to meet with us and share their views. Much appreciated gentlemen. Also thanks to our council members and our residents.
There was a good exchange of information. This document is not intended to provide specific information on any one topic, but rather to convey the tone of the meeting.
Details of our take away will come in a later post.
The developers met first with some board members, next with the WLRAC and finally with about 30 homeowners.
Short and to the point:
WL-LLC has communicated that they want to work with us, make reasonable accommodations in their plan to make this better for all of us. At this stage of the game WL-LLC has given us only evidence that they are true to their word.
